Is The Mama Years free to download?
Yes.
You can download The Mama Years and start using the core trackers for free.
Premium is there if you want deeper personalised insights, the full learning library and unlimited Nurse Courtney questions.
I am having trouble with my account. What should I do?
Use the Support & Help option above and send us a message.
Tell us what is happening and include a screenshot if you can. It helps us work out what has gone wrong more quickly.
I have a question about Premium or my subscription.
Choose Support & Help above and select Premium / Subscription from the dropdown.
We can help with subscription questions, billing issues or anything that does not look right with your membership.

Is Nurse Courtney a real person?
Nurse Courtney is an AI experience built from Courtney’s guidance, educational content and approach to supporting mothers.
It is not a live conversation with Courtney.
If you need help with your account or the app itself, contact our support team above.
Can Nurse Courtney give me medical advice?
Nurse Courtney can help with general education and guidance, but it does not replace your doctor, midwife or other healthcare professional.
If you are worried about yourself or your baby, seek medical care directly.

Someone in the community was unkind.
Hold down the post and tap Report. You can also block that member from the same panel. It takes effect straight away and nobody is told.
Blocked members can be unblocked at any time under Me, then Blocked members. If it is urgent, send us a message through Support & Help as well.
How do I get a copy of my data, or delete my account?
Both are in the app, under Me, then Privacy and data. Export gives you a copy of your profile, children, cycles, pregnancies and saved items. Delete removes your account.
If you cannot get into your account, send us a message from the email address you signed up with and we will do it for you.
Is anything in the app medical advice?
No. Everything in The Mama Years is general information. It does not diagnose anything and it does not replace the healthcare professional looking after you or your child.
If you are worried about yourself or your baby, contact your GP, midwife or child health nurse, or your local emergency number if it is urgent.
Our privacy policy explains what we store and what we will never do with it.
